📺'Telly'

The word that is often used by the British for Television or TV is 'telly'—this is used a lot in informal speech in place of the previous two (Television and TV)

Here are some examples:

What's on (the) telly tonight?

I'm watching (the) telly at the moment.

There's nothing on (this) telly at the moment, I've been flicking through the channels for ages.
